Location: Garner, NC (Serving Wake County and surrounding areas)

 

Glow Within is an 8-week adolescent group therapy program for high school–aged girls designed to improve emotional regulation, self-esteem, and interpersonal functioning. This group is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support teen mental health and overall well-being.

This service is well suited for adolescents who are seeking to strengthen self-confidence, improve communication skills, enhance coping strategies for stress, and build healthier peer relationships in a supportive group setting.

Referral & Insurance $25 per session. Covered by most insurance plans.

This group may be recommended by parents, pediatricians, schools, or other healthcare providers as part of an adolescent’s mental health treatment plan. Participation may be appropriate as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with individual therapy, as clinically indicated.
