Individual Counseling:
Personalized support based on each student's unique needs and goals.
Group Counseling:
Small-group support focused on social-emotional skills, coping, communication, confidence, and relationships.
Family Support:
When appropriate, collaboration with parents and caregivers to strengthen the student's support system.
Care Coordination:
Collaboration with appropriate school personnel and other members of the student's care team.
Our Approach
Our clinicians use evidence-informed, student-centered approaches, which may include CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, and solution-focused interventions when clinically appropriate. We partner with students, families, school counselors, social workers, administrators, and other appropriate support professionals to promote student well-being while respecting professional and confidentiality requirements.
